The 45th Gate - the Seed of Interdependence | Human Design & gene keys
Redefining quiet leadership in the material world.
I used to have a hard time relating to this gate in my life but then I noticed something thanks to one of my I Ching books defining the word "leader". Through the I Ching, this concept led me to whole new meaning and clarity, because instead of giving me an ego trip of seeing myself as a “leader”, it was about observing how in my life I’ve had the chance to be at the center and how has these circumstances made groups, dynamics, projects and relationships flow, when has there been dissonance and when has that “third entity” (the result of the auras coming together) role model how to take action without the least resistance possible.

THE CONNECTION TO CONTROL
My need to control has been the constant shadow in relationships and projects, because the fear of things not going how I think it’s right has led me to the center of chaos that only I would be able to put out, and there's nothing efficient in that. In the brightest day you can say that when nobody can notice who made everything go smoothly, then “I” did a good job, because the need to control was transcended by letting go of my vision as “the vision”, not by necessarily becoming detached but by allowing everything around me to be involved and leave a mark.
Team work
Team work. The secret sauce to synergy is trusting that your frequency will do the work, and that the people around you also know what to do and how to tap into their gifts so you can all work together rather than against each other.
In the heart of leadership, value is the strongest building block, and trust is the bridge…What is at the center of your relationships and dynamics?
Whether you do have this gate or not, we all experience this archetype, as a mere symbol of human personalities, as a transit or as a defined gate in the chart.
